Good morning, I few months ago, I was getting myself back into a routine and then a HUGE monkey wrench got thrown in the operation. I got pregnant. And the first trimester was a doozy. Just surviving the end of the school year and our musical performances was almost too much to handle. Now, I'm on summer break and heading into calmer waters, so I am getting back on my feet. This week's blog post is about what I do over the summer to prep for the beginning of school. I know a lot of people put work away for the summer, but the idea of going into Labor Day blind gives me such anxiety that I do some work to prep during my time off. Also, I've been trying to spend more time on my TpT Store and one of the biggest things I have wanted to do is give some of my images a facelift. I started with one of my most popular products. Check it Out! I just finished: This is a four book series that was phenomenal. I inhaled these books! Fortunately my library had them in stock so I didn't have to wait long between them. They are about a group of kids in their late teens who have natural abilities to help them solve crimes. If you like criminal minds and young adult fiction I can not recommend this enough! Currently Reading: This book is my Everest. I have started it three times and I keep picking up other things in the meantime. Now that I am purposefully slowing down this summer, I am hoping to finally finish it! I have the prequel that goes with House of the Dragon and I want to get through the original 5 GoT books so I can read it. Have a great week! XOXO |
